THE FOUNDATION

Launched in 2024, initiated by ENSTIB in collaboration with the laboratories and technology centres of the Campus, the Campus Bois Excellence Foundation project aims to respond to and adapt to the transformations affecting the wood industry. It seeks to establish a collaborative platform among institutions, businesses, teams, faculty, researchers, and students to catalyse and promote economic development, technical innovation, and social and environmental responsibility. The creation of a foundation for ENSTIB will provide numerous strategic benefits. Firstly, it will diversify funding sources by attracting private donations and external grants, which are essential to support research projects, improve infrastructure, and fund scholarships. Secondly, the foundation will strengthen connections with businesses and alumni, facilitating the development of industrial partnerships and offering career opportunities for students. Lastly, it will provide greater flexibility in fund management, allowing the school to innovate and meet the evolving needs of the technology sector.

Its mission will be to work with you in support of the wood industry and its current and future stakeholders by:

• Stimulating research and entrepreneurship
• Supporting technological and educational innovation
• Contributing to the well-being and growth of the Campus Bois community
